Being Well

Greetings!

Please join me at the end of February to focus on renewal of healthy habits as we start to transition toward the spring season. Being Well: A Winter-to-Spring Guide to Wellness will run from February 23-March 19, 2015.

Whenever I work with a client one-on-one, I begin by evaluating where they are in four basic practices, or habits. In this group program, we will explore these four practices together.

For four weeks there will be an email on Monday and on Thursday. Monday’s email will introduce the practice of the week and the hows and whys and scientific background, and Thursday’s will contain a discussion on variations of the practice as well as a discussion of the energetic reasons for maintaining/sustaining it. These practices or habits especially come in handy when we begin to feel energy waning, or start to feel sick, as we all do from time to time.

The four practices we will discuss will be:
–Hydration
–Management of Blood Sugar
–Mindful Nutrition and the Role of Intuition
–Movement

I will be using a private Facebook group to send encouragement and ideas as well as group discussion.
